The throttle lever feel into the trans easy fix to pop it back out. Then while playing with the shifter (no fluid) i heard it pop like its suppose to then it was a quitter pop and less restraint and the 4th time moving it around it was a though spot now won’t move any. Not trying to break anything

Is the arm securely on the shaft? Column shifter or floor shifter?

Sounds like something is already broken inside the trans. Have you pulled the valve body yet?
