This is unique for me. Never seen it before. 2-speed wipers, work fine until I depress the clutch pedal, then they stop wherever they are until I release the clutch. Any ideas? Can't find any interferences under the hood. So am assuming it's behind the instrument panel (worst possible place, of course).

I would think its bad ground at the wiper's.
Mine stopped working and all I did was touch a test lead from the bolt and ground strap under it and it started working again.
Had to unscrew the bolt and clean everything and put it back together.
