I'm trying to do a compare-o between the window opening and side body lines of our '64 V-100 wagon and the '65 Valiant hard top. our man Sandy has supplied me with some shots of his car and a side window opening height of 15" on his hard top. our "four door" measures 15 1/4" which is negligible and will work in my opinion. I'm just not sure if the physical side door and window opening would be the same from '64 to '65? We did this conversion on our B-body altered wheelbase wagon using a '63 Plymouth and it worked really good despite some A-pillar mods. Any insight would be helpful before I start cutting.

Yes, it's compatible. The only physical "gotchya" you could run into is if you were asking about swapping '63 versus '64-'66 doors, which is "no" because different latches. See here, here, here.

Thanks Dan, you always know. I didn't know that '66 would also be the same for the two door conversion as well. I've had a few of those over the years and there are a couple descent ones in the local wrecking yard.

I'm clearly not the first one to think of this mod but I do have a descent vision for the project and the skill to pull it off.
