Someone decided to put dirt inside the727 and it's on everything most internal parts have some sort of dirt on them. How can I clean this dirt off? Can it be hot tanked like a engine?

Loose dirt? Caked on crusty baked on dirt? Are you rebuilding the transmission (a very good idea if it has had dirt in it)?

A rebuild will have you disassembling everything anyway. Put the parts in a parts washer or scrub them with brake cleaner and a scrub brush if they are really dirty. The case can be pressure washed while it is empty.
