How does trans oil cooling work on a A904?

My radiator has two holes on the bottom where my transmission oil goes to.
How does this work? Is there an oil pocket there where the cooled coolant rushes trough and cools off the oil or what? Does anybody have an exploded view inside the radiator?

I think there is a small loop of fin tube in lower tank.

There is another brass ATF tank inside the lower radiator tank.
