Last time I had a starter (in a non-Mopar project) die, I tried a local starter rebuilding service, Lawrenceville Auto Electric. I didn't even have to wait - the old timer behind the counter took one look at the starter I carried in, said, "I'm sure we've got one like that," and came back with one already rebuilt without asking what it was for. Worked great. And it cost half what a rebuild at a parts store would have been. I'd say check if you have a local starter shop.
