Dave Mueller asked me to post these part numbers he got last Sunday. Pieces are the only way you can get a set now.

Cam sprocket S338
Crank sprocket S339
Chain TC168

And the prices I found were so close to the Rollmaster that I ordered to Rollmaster to avoid offset bushings for degreeing the cam.
