I have no oil to the rocker arms on my 63 dart. The car runs great original motor it doesn't burn oil its doesn't smoke.Oil pressure is 50 psi on start up driving warm it sits at about 30psi and idles around 20psi. My problem is the car was neglected in the way of oil changes for the last 10 or so years is there anyway to clean it out. If pulled the rocker shaft soaked them in some hot purple power and cleaned them out with some berrymans carb cleaner and a paper clip but still no oil to them. Any ideas would help thanks.

Remove the rocker arm assembly and shaft and look in the rearmost rocker arm shaft bolt hole. There is an oil passage that goes down into the head. That is the oil passage that feeds the rocker arms. Get a stiff pipe cleaner and try cleaning that passage out.
