Hey yall, i'm trying to replace the ball joints on my 84 dodge d150. The top are threaded and the bottom are pressed in. I ordered a socket to fit the ball joints, a 2-9/64 Sunex balljoint socket.
Problem is the socket is too small and this ball joint is 2.15" across or 2-3/20"
Has anyone else ran into the problem? Thanks!!

There are at least 3 different sizes of sockets. Sounds like you need a bigger one.
