I agree. If I were to see that on my car and someone said they could fix it for $700, I would be very pleased....I have taken lesser cars to the boneyard for cancer like that. (of course they weren't mopars either hehe ROT AWAY NOVA!!)

I say $700 is very worth it. THat is a pretty nice looking car to toss for a $700 repair bill.
