Mount the radiator in some sort of rubber.

Any hard-mounted aluminum radiator I've ever had has developed leaks.

It's sitting in a couple of polyurethane donuts.

What are the wheels?

Brand/ size /bolt pattern?

Maybe you covered it earlier, and I missed it.

The wheels are American Racing AR924 Crossfire. 8.5x19 Chevrolet bolt pattern. These are replacement wheels for the front of a C7 corvette Z51

This is such a cool project!
I'm hoping to see some video of it in action when it's up and running.

I ended up tilting the radiator back a bit to be sure I had clearance with the hood reinforcements.

Intercooler is mounted up.
