In my continuing effort to make this thing consistently 60', I sprung for new front shocks. Got some Calvert Stockers. The CE's on it have to be 25 years old.

My main project for the winter is taking apart the rear suspension, checking all the rod ends and bolts, some new shocks and springs, and putting in the 5.13 gears.

If nothing else I'm gonna get out on that Colt before he drives around me.

Tracked down a set of 6.13 gears for a 489 case.

I ain't afraid of no Colt. :mrgreen:

6.13 with a 30 inch tire is like 95 MPH at 6500.
