I have 1961 Plymouth Valiant 2 door coupe. I am after the Instrument Fascia, the one with a left hand and right hand indicator light slot.

I am assuming that is a one year only part?

I know the binnacle is somehow different than the '62's

Is it also a different part from the 1960's?

Nope. Separate left/right turn signal pilot lights (and black gauge bezels and faces) = 1960. Single turn signal pilot for left + right (and white gauge bezels and faces) = 1961.
