Well, the forthcoming new JW Speaker LED sealed beams will be less expensive than the present ones, but good LED headlamps for sealed-beam money just aren't in the cards. Closest match to that is this.

For now I did get some night driving glasses but next time I am in the optometrist (soon) for new glasses and a checkup I will be looking into proper lenses with the BPI 450 dye treatment.

No. Qualifying as "thoughtful" requires more than a lecturer's tone of voice, and that's all this vid you found has going for it.
There is more and worse headlight glare than ever before, that's true. "LED bulbs" in halogen headlamps are illegal and unsafe, that's true. Other than that, the vast majority of that video is wrong. A steaming pile of misinformation, unhinged conspiracy theory nonsense, and stuff that might've been factual before being ground up into toxic sludge by a complete lack of understanding.
This is generally a very bad idea. The overwhelming majority of items sold as such are severely dangerous; they block out way too much of the light you need to see stuff not to hit.

I am seriously contemplating making YouTube videos to explain slant six related things and car projects and such, and one of the videos I would love to do would be a discussion of LED headlamps vs. sealed beam headlamps, in part because I actually have an old headlight aiming machine that will show the beam pattern of the lamp being aimed. I think it would be beneficial in this era of intentional and unintentional mass-distribution of misinformation and outright lies.
