My uncle Mark sent me the link and promised it would be worth temporarily bypassing my Fecebook block to look. Holy carp!

It's a perfect '62 Lancer GT with a very-probably-correct 29k miles showing. Aluminum 225, automatic. Price is appropriate (even though it looks eyewatering to those of us who remember when a perfect low-miles Slant-6 A-body could be picked up for two or three thousand bucks…three and a half decades ago.)

If someone far from Michigan needs logistical assistance (heated storage, etc) my uncle says "just get it up here". He's about 4 hours' drive from it. Ping me if that kind of help is wanted and I'll make the introductions.

Nice, If It was not a lancer I might be tempted. Clinton Twp. is only 5.5 Hours from me.

This beautiful machine is the same exterior color and interior color with the chocolate brown carpet as my Clapped out '62 V200 that someone painted as a school bus.

I like Valiants better for some unexplained reason. Nothing against Lancers specifically except my own personal bias. They are the same car.

I already have too many things here now. So maybe that is something too.

Super nice car. Thanks, Dan. I would love to have a Lancer like this, but (1) I cannot handle any more cars, and (2) I know I would need to update/modernize it and drive it around all the time, which would be a ton of work and some folks would hate me for it. Hope it goes to a great buyer and caretaker!
