What kind of modules are you running? GM? Chinese? Do you have a good ground on the system. And what voltage are you seeing at the module itself.

All good questions that I hadn’t thought about. I’ve run grounds all over the charging and ignition system so I don’t think that should be an issue. Mostly run the standard lx301 I guess Chinese modules. Not sure on the voltage so I’ll check that and get back to yall.

I usually run a ground from the mounting screw of the module to the battery ground. Yes just verify your voltage at the module is not dropping off.

Make sure the module is well heat-sunk, and make sure your line voltage with the engine running isn't spiky or too high.

I know it’s not to high as it only runs about 13 to 13.5 volts after the relay upgrade. I usually use heatsink paste instead of the line they supply unless that might be my problem?

13 to 13.5 is a decent battery voltage number when warmed up.
