And no I wasn't trying.
I've been looking for other parts for this truck. I've had a guy from Ohio that's PMd me several times via moparts.
We were in Ohio a couple of weeks ago for other reasons. Up around Sandusky/Norwalk ish.
Well not exactly the next town over but still closer to this guy's place than I am from home so we took a detour down I75 a little bit north of Dayton to meet up with him. (I tried to get him to meet me along I 75 somewhere in between but it wasn't gonna work out) He called me a few days before we were leaving for ohio... Out of the blue he mentioned buying a daytona from a moparts member "out near Chicago" and asked me if I knew you.... At the time he was telling me about the Daytona I was no more than 2 miles from your house, mowing at the mother in laws... I thought that was weird, at a minimum....
I traded him some parts the day I was at his place and he's supposed to be sending me some extra money on the mail besides..... I asked him for other goodies while I was there and he said he has what I wanted but couldn't get thru his garage or shed at the time....
I put the same "wanted" and up for the lock rings over there and he replied, says his son has some
I asked him to send me a couple but didn't hear back .. so I might have a couple coming...
I'm wait for another Pm response or else a.pacjage in the mail...

By the way your area sure did get plastered with bad weather recently. Had to go get my mother in law and bring her down here a couple of days/ and clean out her fridge from being out of power...
