can i upgrade my intake & exhaust valves with stock piston bore??

no your valve may hit the side walls

the mp replacement valves are suposed to work with a stock bore arnt they? And eventhough you cant get them from mp any more other companies will make them.

1.44 exhaust and the 1.75 diameter intake valves will clear IF the cylinder head is well centered on the block. ( this needs to be checked)

The last word was that SI Valves has the oversize SL6 valves for around $10.00 each.

I just bought A set of vales from SI, Swirl Polished/Backcut/ 1.44/1.70, $137 incl. Shipping for 12, Have not installed them yet, But They sure are nice valves.

Find Port flow series, and there they are, they have stock and oversize ones. They also have a hardended tip snd are made from stainless, use stock locks/retainers and are stock stem dia/length.
