I NEED HELP IN FIXING MY GRANDSONS WIPERS. THE PLASTIC LOOKING NUCKLE THAT HOLDS THE ARMS TO THE WIPER MOTOR IS BUSTED. WE FOUND ANOTHER ONE BUT CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO INSTALL IT WITH OUT TAKING OUT THE DASH. ANY HELP ON THIS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. BY THE WAY IT IS A 1972 PLYMOUTH SKAMP.

Norm, had to fix that on my old Scamp once. I put the teflon seal in some warm water for a bit and added a little grease to the pivot that it clips on.
I then used a pair of Channel Locks to squeeze the seal onto the pivot.

You may want to remove the glove box liner if its the one nearest the motor.
The one under dash on drivers side was reapired with the Channel locks.
It may help to actually manually move the wiper arms to get the link where you can get to it easiest.
