Our local Dodge dealer parts department is 100% on a computer system. They tossed all the old parts books, so nothing can be looked up older than 1980. I need some dust boots for the torsion bars on Aaron's '74 Dart Sport. Does anyone have the part number so I can at least give them something to go by? Or, do some later model cars or trucks share the same part? If they don't have them, any suggestions on where to find them?

Thanks,
Jerry

Those dust boot were and probably still are listed in the Mopar Performance catalog. They are on ebay all the time too but be aware that all of those MP parts on eBay can be purchased from your local dealer for less money than they sell for on ebay. Where do you think the sellers on eBay get those parts from?

Your dealer should be able to order them direct if you don't want to fuss with shipping. But, when giving the MP number to the dealer, don't include the MOP that mancini does. I mean, give the dealer part # P5249609 as that is the true mopar number.

Chances are if a dealer tossed out all the old catalogs then they don't have those old parts either.

Justsuspension also would probably have them.

The Energy Suspension PN for the black polyurethane boots
is 5.13101G I ordered these from Summit racing - change the
last letter in the part number to get different colors - They
come in red and black and maybe blue. Note there are no clips
included - just two boots.
