I found in a scrap yard a complete turbo from what I think is a 301 pontiac turbo manifold(79-80 Trans-am) I will soon post that pic.I'd like to hear from previous experience if someone has?

Several people have used those turbos on the \6. The clearance between the carb and the hood can get real tight. They originally came with a special q-jet that was modified to work in a draw-thru configuration.

It's been a while that I've read the forum.I've just started a job in an engine machine shop.It also revived my intention to hot rod a slant six.I'm working on a head right now.I bought a set of long rod from Mr Dutra.I will study different avenue on that project. I have my weekend off now so I'l be at the Lethbridge mopar show this year.I'm also member of the Southern Alberta Mopar club. Talk to you there.
