I'm getting close to ordering a front end rebuild kit. I'll be rebuilding the front end of my '66 Dart long-roof for street/cruise use. I took a look at some of the links from the www.bigblockdart site. Do anyone have recommendations for vendors or specific packages from vendors?

I have had good luck with ESPO. The woman who is the co-owner told me that she orders and uses the name brand stuff ( like MOOG). I would call them first.

Do not go with Just Suspension! I did and all of the boots were torn within a couple of years.

Hmmm... I bought JC Whitney ball joints for my 1976 Valiant several years ago. The boots split open before I even backed the car out of the garage. Shame on them to sell such crap.

The original boots were still good after 25 years. Think I'll have to put those back on.

I noticed that PST has a "super" kit that includes inner tie rod ends, idler arm and more. Is it worth the extra $100 over the ESPO kit?

Sorry! :oops:I will never ask again, until I forget anyway.
I never bought a kit, but I have never got into trouble with any of the individual parts i have used either...and they were from many different brands.

I know, I didn´t even wonder what it was, but I thought it may be a brand name...

Has anyone tried a frontend kit for a f-body?
I guess the spring/ "strutrod" bushing could benefit from some stiffer material than the stock rubber?

In case anyone cares, I ended up purchasing the "super" kit from PST. I went with rubber rather than poly bushings. The kit arrived in 9 days and looks complete although I haven't checked it piece for piece yet. I'll post a report after I get everything installed.
