It really doesn't make much difference, where you get your parts. It is buyer beware.
Bought brake shoes at Carquest. In the box were 3 primary shoes and 1 secondary.
Bought a "NEW" AC Delco water pump for a 4.9 Caddy motor, from a wholesale to the trade only parts store. Started leaking after 2 months. It is not the stores, as much as the part manufacters, and rebuilders, looking to optimize profits, by (as Dan would say) "taking money out of the product."

I'll keep harping on this. When you get inferior parts or poor service, complian to the corporate office.
