Besides off a junk yard car, where can I buy the conical, round and triangle washers that hold on the intake/exhaust manifolds. Are they sold as kits or individualy?

Will a flat bottomed 2 5/8" throat after market air cleaner work on a Carter bbd?

Where can I find the bracket that holds the air cleaner stud for a Carter bbd? The one that snaps into the 2 holes on the top sides of the carb.

The one barrel intake manifold from my 85 D150 has 2 threaded ports in the #6 runner. One had a vacuum tree with branches for some small vacuum line plus the main trunk for the power brake booster. The other had what looks to be a temp sensor with a wire that I presume goes to the spark control computor. Will the engine run ok without this temp input to the computor.

My 2 barrel manifold has only one threaded port. But my Carter bbd has a port for the power brake booster. I could use the one manifold port for the temp sensor. I'm just curious if I can do away with it with no ill effects and just have a cleaner looking installation.

That is a temp sensor in the intake manifold. That is usually connected to or controls the EGR system, I do not know at the moment if it is connected to or through the computer or not and don't have anything handy to look it up. The important temp sensor for the computer in threaded into the front of the cylinder head near the thermostat. Do not disconnect that one.
