Hey, man, don't shoot the messenger. I'm just reporting what the people who make the tires have to say about how those tires should and shouldn't be used. Anybody can spend the same 90 seconds I spent getting that info.

This really isn't rocket science. Want wider tires to work well? Get appropriately-sized wheels.

(I bet you can put your foot in a shoe that's 5 sizes too large. Wanna go hiking that way?)

I'd suggest 14 inch brake rotors rather than 14 inch wheels.
