This cars was handly made by SERRA, one of the best body workers of the world (hispano-suiza, rolls-royce, pegaso...)
Only 18 of this 2 seat fiber glass super cars was build, all powered by slant six.
This cars was based in spanish dodge 3700GT (DART platform)

not to be obnoxious, but that car ain't look anything close to a dart based car. And, the 3700 is not spanish, that car was engineered and born in Argentina in 1967 (first year of that kind of body) and then Barreiros started to buy pieces and put them together in spain. All the sheetmetal, doors, the frame and body stuff was made in Argentina and imported as separate pieces to spain in "boxes". Then Barreiros restyled the front grill, adapted the rear lights to fit european regulations and truth be told equipped the car much more nicely that argentinian versions... nicer dashes, steering wheels, upholstery, etc.
