This is somthing that I havnt seen covered here but I need to do it to my daily driver pickup and although Ive rebuilt several car front suspensions Im lost on king pin installation.Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in the middle of the same process myself. Just got everything apart last week. The best advise I can give you is to start by pulling the front axle.

Mine were stuck in pretty good. I used a heating tip on an acetylene torch to heat the end of the axle, and a 20 ton press to get the pins out. The press by itself did nothing, and it wasn't until I got that end good and hot before I could get those pins to budge.
