Hi All,
My '66 Dart needs a heater core. I see several available in the thirty dollar range. Would any particular brand be better than another? Any comments or experience please post.

Most of the aftermarket heater cores, have the tubes wrong. They need to be 1 1/2 inches center to center, apart, the whole lenght of the straight part of the tube. A radiator shop can reposition the tube to the correct location. I was quoted $20 to do the correction on a new core.

I bought a more expensive core from Year One. It slipped right in with no problems.

The part fit but it is still a pita to swap out!
