I just took a look at the original cam I took out of my 1980 D-150 truck 225. I has these numbers on it:

K28
D23
C23750

I thought it was supposed to be a:

3512639

What do I have here?

These are casting numbers and dont tell us anything.
The cam would have to be checked on a special machine to know what profile is ground onto it.
