Hey D/W what do you show for a 904 low gear? This old steam powered tranny book I got says 2.68. It may end up in the latrine, and not for reading!!! RICK

Well the trans have been swapped, it took me about 10hours from draining the new trans and adding the shift kit to getting home from the road test. I put the shift improver kit in and new filter and fluid. all that is left is to adjust the linkage. Either the park mechanism is broken or the linkage needs adjusting. I can't do a good road test now because it is raining and I had trouble keeping it going strait before the lower first gear, but it pulls better in lower gears and the shifts are much more pronounced.
I also have to fing that pesky exhaust leak and then figure out what is going on with my timing.
