Hello everyone, been stuck all afternoon after that damn carb adjusting!!
I've got a kinda smooth idle maybe a bit high but still... When i'm at idle and i push the pedal all the way to the floor (on neutral), it will choke unless i make it first half throttle then full (well i think everybody understands me).
Another important thing! It does make this only if i lower my idle. If it is higher than normal (just a bit) it just accelerates fine!
I also didn't adjust my spark advance. Should i do it first? What value should i set static? I don't have any tools to adjust it so i'll try to make it by ear but never made it before!
Thanks for your help

Marc

P.S : figure time! : my dart is a 68 with a 170 and a holley 1920

I believe the carb is the last thing to adjust.

Try the ign timing at 5-10 degrees first...
