Hi guys,

I need to get the ball joint socket to remove the upper ball joints from my 77 d200.

I searched online for the tool, but all that was listed / sold was one for a c body. I am guessing that this is the same size as my truck, but just want to check and be sure before purchase.

There were actually 3 diffrernt sises of these over the years. the smallest was for A bodies (only) from '60 til around 66-67. Then there was the C body one which also fit B-vans and trucks, the most common one for cars was the "middle" one. I don't know if the older A body one is still being made, never had one myself. I do have the other 2, though. All of these I have seen are a 3/4" drive so you'll either need a 3/4 to 1/2 reducer adapter or a 3/4"drive ratchet/breaker bar.
