Aaron's '74 Dart Sport had a thin aluminum trim piece running under the bottom lip of the header panel (beak). I won a few items on EBay, including an extra header panel. It has a different trim piece that we thought might look good on his car. It is taller and has the "D O D G E"
letters embossed into it. Anyone know on which models and years this trim was used?

Yep. All 75 and 76 Darts have it (they have the grille made up of dark thin horizontal bars that are very deep behind the parking lights). No reason you couldn't also use this trim with the '73-'74 grille as far as I know.
