I think it will fit the nose of the water pump but is there enough clearance between the engine and the radiator? There is not on my 62 Valiant

My '64 doesn't have enough clearance for it.

Dunno... you'll have to do some measuring.

As others have posted, it'll be a no-go in a '65 or earlier A-body plus '66 Valiant/Barracuda, a really tight squeeze in a '66 Dart, and possible with care in many '67-up cars.

There are other clutch fan setups that are thinner overall (Toyota, Mercedes, etc.). And you don't need to buy this setup from MP; it was factory installed on MANY different Mopar models of the '70s and '80s, so is common in wrecking yards.

See threads here and here.

I'd hit up a wrecking yard and look for those nice FMJ body cars that are still plentiful...My duster currently has a fan from an A/C optioned Volare on it and the cluthc went out, I ordered a new one to find that I had to tell them I had a Duster 360 to get the length of the shaft right (for some reason te 225/318 clutch had a 1/2" longer shaft putting the clutch unit 'on' the radiator fins...)

buyer beware,

I know it won't fit my 74, but my 74 is a slant six Satellite where i'll bet yours is an A-body. I'd almost put money on it that it wouldn't fit. Slant six engines are L---O---N---G.

Huh? I've got a clutch fan on my '72 Satellite. It came from a M body (think an '80's Fifth Avenue). Bolted right on, no cleanance issues.

I pulled a clutch fan from some boneyard mopar (I think it was a slant, but could have been a v-8) and it bolted into my 86 slanted van no problem.

Dig around in junkyards and don't pay any more than $15 for a used clutch fan. That $105 price is a huge ripoff for a factory piece.

Check the junkyards, some of the mid '70s A-body darts had a nice factory 5 blade steel flex fan. I used a 1 1/2" spacer to mount one into my '65 Dart.

Flex fans can work, but I don't like 'em. Too noisy, and old or defectively-made ones are dangerous. Thread here.

Flex fans make your car sound like an airplane. They can also chew a radiator at high RPMS.
