Could somebody please post pictures of your supersix kickdown linkage mounted and installed on the car. I am about to buy a linkage off of e-bay and I want to see if has all of the pieces. Here is the link to linkage I am bidding on.

Also, will a F-body V-8 throttle cable fit my supersix. They have them new at Napa and they are 19 inches long. Here is the link to them.

So, what do y'all think?

i'd be comfortable with the throttle cable. In fact, i just pulled that exact cable off a car at the JY this weekend.

the kickdown looks likes it is complete.

The one I have been watching on e-bay is heading towards the stratosphere. So much for that.

Hey will the kickdown linkage off of a 727 work on my 904. I've got a lead on a kickdown that came off of a truck with a supersix.

Jeb, I can't sware to it, but I don't think the trans will make any difference. The only thing is the rod might have a different shape on the truck, and interfere with something on the car. If it is cheap enough, go for it. Make sure you get everything. even the bracket for the return spring and the btacket that mounts to the exhaust manifold studs, and the lever on the trans. If the rod will not work, give me a PM. I have a rod, that I am pretty sure cam off a car super six. It has the slotted flat link with it. That's all I have.

I was also watching that auction for super six linkage and see it went for 80 couple of dollars. Maybe time to list mine!

Nooo, sell it to me instead. Help out a fellow slant sixer. I will give you a very fair price for it. Check your PM box.

I did check my PM and had 3 offers for my linkage - one of which exceeded the one for that eBay auction!!! Do we have a private mini eBay right here at .org? Might be. Am I selling? No as I need it for my conversion on my 65 Dart GT.

Thanks man, excellent link with some excellent pictures.

So the bracket attaches to the exhaust manifold with the two holes in the side. Do all exhaust manifolds have these mounting holes or are they supersix exhaust manifold specific?

Where in Georgia are you located?
