Charrilie I'll be in for one or 2

I will get 2 in .040" and I'll get back to you on bore Size too.

Question Can you run a 3.5" bore gasket on a 3.4 Bore? I know the other way will not work.

Also Is this the company Based out of Pittsburgh PA area?

Thanks,
Greg[/list]

I would think yes, but you need to make sure of your "O"-ring location.

Yup Ambridge is Good ole Pittsburgh.

I had posted something on here last year about these folks.

I am glad they are going to work out for us.

I'd be in for one as well. No idea on the thickness either. I'll have to do some research and get back with you. I am definitely in, though.

Hussey will be able to start making the slant six gaskets, toward the end of next week. So lets put a time limit on ordering, in the group buy. Lets say April 5th will be the cutoff. I will need confirmed orders by then. If we get a minimum order for $500 the pricing will be from $43.20 for a .024 thick gasket to $109.97 for a .100-.125 thick. Prices will be between those figures for other sizes. The $39 dollar "setup" fee will be divided by the number of gaskets. Shipping will be actual amount.

Those that want gaskets, please send me a PM (even if you already sent one) stating the thickness, bore size, and how many. Once I have the total number of gaskets, and sizes, I can get exact pricing. I will need the money as soon as possible, after ordering, as I will have to pay with my credit card.

Good Day, I have sen a couple of the posting mentioning o-rings. Are these gaskets for o-ringed blcks only or good for non blocks. Just didnt want to get something I cant use. Thanks for the patience. Dean

Post subject:  O-ring

O-Ringing the block is an option with copper and other head gaskets as well.
We were talking about o-rings for supercharged and turbo cars to help seal the additional cylinder pressure. Definitely not required. For the money, and this is a hell of a deal, it maybe the best head gasket available.

Don't have to O-Ring.

Surf over to http://www.headgasket.com/index.html They have some good technical info about copper gaskets. They also make thin o-rings that don't require cutting grooves in the head or block. Note that the gasket cannot be reliably reused once installed with an o-ring.

I might be interested in one.
What is the compressed height of the Aussie 3.66 bore gasket? I'll likely take one thats a .4 CR lower in the copper.

When sending me a PM, to reserve a gasket order, give me the engine bore size. The bore of the gasket will be .020 larger the the cylinder bore.

The gaskets are ordered by engine bore size.
