Are helmets needed for street cars? Or just for certain classes? Or is it just something at this track? I guess I need to check with Mason-Dixon on their rules. Rick |

This track requires every driver going down the track to have a helmet. Street car, drag car, it doesn't matter. Brian |

Kind of wish I had bought a $10 one at the thrift store. It actually fit me. I have a small head.......... Greg |

Greg, don't you always wear a helmet anyway?? I have a spare that I'll bring too. Brian, that's great if Anna and you can make it over. How's the car coming? You are welcome to come stay at my house on any night it would be convenient. Greg, if you are coming down Thurs eve and need a place to crash, we aren't far out of the way. Hopefully this'll be bigger'n last year! Lou |

Looks like I will be camping at the track. Just bought a sleeping bag, and small tent, at a yard sale, for $15.00. |

Greg, That's great! You come east on 4-lane US 460 off of I77 and it ends up adding about 45-60 min to your whole trip due to diagonal routes. I might camp at KD also, we'll see. Camping is probably also available at one or the other Bruner yards... Lou |

Well I am looking into getting a helmet anyway, so Does an open faced helmet work for this track? Greg |

Open faced should be fine about anywhere. I've never had a problem, even with road racing. Lou |
