sand blast a new intake and leave it outside for a bit. that'll get ya some nice surface rust

So there you have it. I think I'll use three Datsun Hitachi SUs because they flow 210CFM each and are fairly inexpensive. Should be pretty good for a hot street slant.

It's australian actually. Probably not the best design for ultimate performance but should work fine on my stock-rod motor.

Pretty cool. Although, actually, technically, ALL intakes suck (or at least channel the motor's suckiness). :wink: That top hole is for the PCV valve fitting.

Can you fit a triple carb setup on a left hand drive slant? I thought the brake cylinder would be in the way?

Maybe with power brakes but seems like plenty of space in my car. It doesn't stick out that far actually.

That would be correct, the shorty rams with small carbs should fit nicely with manual brakes....

Looks like a fun choice to me.
