See here and here.Is this accurate or over rated? Its rated 120 hp at 3600 RPM and 228 ft lbs of torque at 1600 RPM. I think my 265 will.have mote torque than a slant 6 but a slant can be built for more hp. |

Now here is a decision i might end making. Do I swap in the slant 6 into my 1955 Fargo truck with an A833 overdrive. Or go with another flathead i havev a 265 industrial engine. It needs rebuilding. Decisions decisions. |

Hi Dan i am about to buy a bell for the A833 for the slant 6. I also.need a flywheel are the flywheels all the same size and tooth count same too? The bell is from a truck. |
