2 inches more so they are level with the back any recommendations.
You could lower the back with different shackles. I did that with mine and that way it sat almost level. The D100's always set nose down in the front.
I don't like the lowered look

The front of your truck is definitely lower than stock. Compare it to the stock front on my truck. If you want to raise it with springs , you could install the heavier V8 springs. Not sure how high that would lift it but worth checking into.

You have a slant 6 right? No V6's until 1988. So if you put in springs out of a V8 it should liftt he front a little. But I don't know how much. 318 would be one step up. The 360 engine should be a little heavier yet. Do a search and see what others have done. Rock Auto may list the different springs for you.

I'll check but I have seen on rockauto that the springs not underload is about the same length. Do you have a v8? If so what's the height on pavement.

No I have a slant 6 automatic. Stock front end and springs. Rear is lowered 2 " to sit more level. Air shock for hauling a load. I can measure from the ground to the fender lip for you tomorrow.

That should help to figure out if we have the same stock height to help out with the custom coils.

If those are original springs they could have been cut or they could just be"shot". They very well could be the same length as original when in the ground out of the truck but fatigued. Or someone could have cut off a coil.
Also there was a recall or at least service bulletin about the driver side sagging, and Mopar actually had a spacer package where you had to pull the driver side spring and put a spacer under it.
If I were you I'd find a set of Moog replacement front springs (either standard or cargo coils style) and be done with it. Once they settle you will have to get it aligned. Front end height DOES affect alignment!!!
The standard coils I think do give slightly more height.
Certainly won't be $378 /pair for those. You don't need anything "custom made".
I replaced the ones on my 83 3/4 ton I used to have probably 15 years ago. Wasn't a bad job at all. Though it wasn't my first front coil spring replacement....

I'll look into the moogs 3/4 ton for an 84 do you happen to know about the spacers as well? If I would like the extra height? I've replaced springs before that shouldn't be an issue. Also with those spacers will it ride rough? The only moogs I see would be the ones on rock auto for the d250 5.9 which is MOOG 7170

From the ground to the fender lip, measured at the center of the wheel. 31 3/4"

It's roughly the same height as mine thank you. Do you know how much 3/4 ton springs would lift the front end of the truck I'm looking for around 2 inches

No I don't. And I am having trouble understanding how your truck is "stock" height? It is obvious from the picture you posted that your fender lip looks much closer to the top of the tire than mine is?? Unless it is trick photography? :D Must be a downward angle of your picture.

Maybe I'll measure again and take another picture maybe I'm missing something but it is very low. The previous owners might have done something to the spring since I remember it being a tad bit loose.

Post a photo of the whole truck, side view. Then we can tell for sure if its lowered

There were actually a couple of (maybe 3) 3/4 ton "packages"
I believe the light one and maybe the middle weight package were the same as what they list for a 1/2 ton. That 7170 sounds familiar.
