No that is not stock height. Looks lowered several inches for sure. Is it the back lowered too? Is the truck sitting pretty level? If so it was probably lowered all the way around.

And no, shocks don't hold the weight of the truck nor control the height at all.

Trucks that are lowered that much usually means someone has replaced the original truck Lower control arms with ones off of a van. That lowers the front end. It can't be simply raised back up without changing parts back to original.

You will have to search the swap out yourself. I'm no sure what all changes. It may just be the LCA.

2 inches more so they are level with the back any recommendations.

If your goal is just to level the truck....are they any spacer blocks on the rear axle that can be removed for lower ride height? If you need the taller height I would contact "espo" they have a good rep in the old car hobby and likely can supply you with springs that will do what you need.

Free length on a spring isnt the tell all. How many wraps, wire diameter, spacing between wraps, and more all play a part.
Moog used to sell "cargo coils" that had a couple of wraps of tighter (closer together) at the top and further spaced coils towards the bottom that actually sat lower than their standard replacement (which were usually "high" compared to a set of new OEM coils anyway) and worked "progrhigher.

I never got the "lowering" a truck, thing. Usually lowering ruins the look and certainly the function. But these days it's what "everyone" wants, and don't consider or care about how they ride or function. Just that they (think that they) "look cool".
