Robert Maw on Facebook has developed a filler plate and a CNC program to install it.He's the guy doing the billet head too.

The dumbell weighs in at 98.5g

I can think of 2 ways/reasons off the top of My head; 1) the top ID is larger & machined square down to the pushrod cup/seat, not a concave radius like the dumbell. 2) the straight cylinder lifter could be step-bored and the pushrod cup pressed in.
