Hey there (Calling the front end experts)

My f+++ing idler arm bushing (stocker, rubber) won't last much more than a few kmiles, so I'm thinking I may be able to line one outta delrin solid stock. Would it be possible (and safe) to use no metal? I mean, just delrin bushing? it will break? what do you guys think about this?

Any chance you're tighteneing the pivot bolt too tight? If you clamp the bushing in the mount it will tear the rubber out in no time.

hmmmm... too tight? could be possible...

but anyway, would a solid delrin bushing work fine?
