Hey there (Calling the front end experts) My f+++ing idler arm bushing (stocker, rubber) won't last much more than a few kmiles, so I'm thinking I may be able to line one outta delrin solid stock. Would it be possible (and safe) to use no metal? I mean, just delrin bushing? it will break? what do you guys think about this? |

Any chance you're tighteneing the pivot bolt too tight? If you clamp the bushing in the mount it will tear the rubber out in no time. |

hmmmm... too tight? could be possible... but anyway, would a solid delrin bushing work fine? |
