Hi,
I"m doing a 65 valiant rebuild.The K-frame is cracked around the strut bushing on the passenger side.I was thinking about welding it.Anyone have any ideas? I have a 65 parts car and was going to swap the k-frame but it has the same problem (cracked on the passenger side)I'm sure this is a pretty common problem.

Just grind it clean and weld it up. Make sure the surface where the bushing sits is smooth if you are using the Moog bushings.
