what stall speed would you guys recommend for a daily driven dart with a comp cams 264? im sure ill hit the track sometime but my main focus with this car is a quick daily driver. any suggestions would be appreciated.

2500 RPM stall will feel almost like a stock converter until you hammer it, and shouldn't lose you gas mileage. Should be enough stall for that cam.

In my experience, converters up to about 2800 stall (9.5-10"), if built right, don't sacrifice much driveability or mileage over a stock converter.

Make sure you get stall quoted for a Slant and not a V8. If you order a 2500 stall for a V8 it will stall around 1800 on a Slant.

I don't know the technical specifcs of it Al but I recall reading it has to do with the motors torque, the less torque the lower the same converter will stall.
