wont work....im hoping their might be a fuse out, but cant find the fuse for it. Read in manual that there is a breaker of some kind under the hood, but havent found it. Any hints on where to look??

Both of my old mopars wiper motors appeared to be properly grounded, but didn't work.

Try jumpering the body of the motor to a good ground.

It has worked for me every time so far. :)

Inside or attached to the wiper switch at the dash is a thermal breaker designed to open up if the motor tries to draw too much current - for example, if the arms were stuck in ice. The breaker resets when it cools down in 15-30 seconds or so.

The factory treats the wiper switch/breaker as a single unit, but another breaker could be substituted if you can't find a good switch.

Breakers aren't really intended to cycle a lot and tend to get flaky when that happens.

Switches, wiring, and motors are totally different for the 1sp, 2sp, and var/3sp setups.

Diconnect the leads at the motor and see if you get power there and make sure it's not just mechanically bound up.
