I put my dart on the dyno tonight!!
With the exaust still on the car and
no NOS, I got 150hp at the wheels
and 200 foot# of torq!!
The 225 /6 got 210 hp at the crank.

Shouldn't 150 at the wheels be more like 185-195 tops at the crank? Otherwise you're looking at almost 29% for driveline losses! Quit ridin' the brakes :D

maybe he has an odd rearend ratio (that can foul the dyno @ rear wheels measurement)

argentina-slantsixer the mill is a 225
bored .060 with .030 cut of the block.
.115 cut of the head ported and polisher
with 1.78 intake 1.50 exhaust valves.
The cam is .490 lift and the carb.
is a holly 600cfm. I got a MSD6A
and recurved dis. electric fan
and 100 hp NOS
The car got a 904 trans. and 3.55
rear gears.

The guy the ran the dyno said the car
got 152.5 hp @ 4600 rpm and 201.2 torq
@ 3400 rpm. He also said the car would
have higher # if I ran with open exaust.
Also he told me the trans. was sliping.
Could this be why the rear wheel hp.
and the crank hp. is off a lot? Can
somebody tell me how to get more
out of this car with out useing my NOS
or my 4.56 gears?

When I try on the dyno again I will
try the 4.56 gears open exaust and
the NOS. with the trans. repered.
just to see the differance.
