I have an 83 Dodge b150 van with a 4 speed on the floor, I'm looking for the best ways to get more power out of my engine. Anyone have any ideas, I know I am slightly limited because of the doghouse clearances. Any help would be appreciated!

Have you checked the articles here? You need to figure out what you want to do. Like, minor to major upgrades. There's alot of different things you can do.
