Hey all,

I've been looking at partsamerica.com and rockauto.com and a few other sources and not been able to find a part number for the inner and outer wheel bearings for my disc brake swap. I find 9". 10" and 11" brakes spec'd, so i'm wondering if the 11" is the discs. I Assume it is, but dont want to end up with the wrong stuff.

From PartsAmerica I find:

Outer: p/n is: "SKF BR2 CR BEARING" #BR2
Inner: Seal p/n "BCA Bearings SEAL #8121S

Anyone happen to have any cross reference for these numbers?

I'd appreciate it greatly!

Thanks

MJ

If you can measure the bearings, I think I can provide you with the numbers.
Or, if you know what car the discbrakes come from.

I ran into the same situation you did when converting to KH.

I'm 99% sure 10/11/kh setups used same bearing. I'm looking for my post on moparts because I know someone there confirmed the answer for me.

No luck, sorry. I remember finding one parts book that lists the bearings as 10/11/discs but dang if I can remember which.

I believe others on here still use the KH setup so they are bound to chime in soon enough on this thread.

There were no 11" drums on A-bodies, so the listing must be for the KH discs, which are 11" diameter. I just bought a full set of front brngs and seals from NAPA about 3 mo ago and I don't remember any issues. I'll try to dig up numbers...

I've just confirmed: Same bearings on discs and 10" front drums.

Thanks Lou and Pierre for looking, I appreciate it!

Ok so here's what I'm coming up with for outer and inners...maybe you guys can confirm:

(BTW donor car =1972 Dart)

Inner: BCA A6
Outer: BCA A2

both are spec'd for 10" or 11" brakes on one site, and for taper bearing set on the other. I'm guessing these are the right ones? yea or nea?!

My SKF automotive service list stop in -69. I dont think that the bearings are the same but -69 with diskbrakes: inner K-LM 67048/67010, outer K-LM 11949/11910 (Timken uses the same numbers)

I came up with the A-2 and A-6 bearing for the K-H discs, also.

Thanks Charlie for the confirmation. I'll order them Monday. Just didn't want to mail order a slew of parts and then have to return bearings because I ordered the wrong ones!
